Looking at those top play numbers a little closer, I've found the net correlates better than the gross number.
SD 113 - Ind's 39 yields a net 74.
Min's 105 - Was's 25 ....net is 80
Phil 94 - Chi's 62 ......net is 32
And the obvious one GB's 83 - Atl's 80 yields a net of only 3.
